Return & Refund Policy

At Khons, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our return policy is designed to address various scenarios to provide you with the best possible resolution.

Please provide us with the following details in your email: 

  1. Order ID
  2. Details of the issue 
  3. Pictures of received product (for case [A] and [C])

[A] Quality Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the products received, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Our team will thoroughly investigate your claim. If validated, we will promptly send a complimentary replacement order to ensure your satisfaction. If a replacement is not feasible or timely, we will provide a refund upon request.

[B] Color Consistency: While we strive for consistency in printing, variations may occur due to factors beyond our control. Minor color variations within acceptable tolerance levels are not covered under our quality guarantee.

[C] Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, or errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, please reach out to us within 14 days on receiving your order and we will cover the costs of a replacement order.

[D] Lost Orders Policy: For packages lost in transit, please notify us within 14 days from the estimated delivery date. We will promptly send a replacement order.

[E] Returns: We do not support return if you have a change of heart upon receiving your product, or ordered the wrong size. However, you can place a new order for replacement, bearing the costs.

[F] Wrong Address: Orders with insufficient addresses will be returned back to us. If you wish to reship with an updated address, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order.

[G] Rejected by the Recipient: If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

[H] Unclaimed: If you are not able to receive your order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick up point.
